So my college anime club decided we wanted to have a convention...so we did. NASHI-CON 2008 FTW! I was really worried but it turned out a lot better than I thought. We are so lucky to have such a diverse club. We had gamers, anime fans, artists, cosplayers, and everything to boot.
I enjoyed every part and only regret that I didn't cosplay. I really didn't think there would be any cosplaying even though we have two really dedicated cosplayers in the club.
Some of the members seemed upset about how the event was handled but for the first try it was really good. Sure I have some suggestions for next year but no reason to mess up a good day. No reason to get upset people.
I really look forward to holding NASHI-CON again next year and I hope it takes place every year. It's about time South Carolina got known for something other than trees. xP

I have learned that if you want to succeed at anything, there's a lot to do. It can be a little scary, but you have to muster your courage and shoot for the highest star you can!
I have to say I realy Had Fun, Hope to see it next year.

I'm not going to change the way I look or the way I feel to conform to anything. I've always been a freak. So I've been a freak all my life and I have to live with that, you know. I'm one of those people.~John Lennon
